No, Both Microsoft and Apple allow you to use their wallpapers in images as long as it isn't in a defaming way, includes pornography, or is used to advertise 3rd party products. Apple themselves use Microsoft desktops on their Boot Camp ads--although that's licensed. Here on Wikipedia, it doesn't matter.
