   @Krinkle: It never had, because we've never had an automated way of measuring that (as far as I am aware). odder (talk) 05:05, 15 February 2015 (UTC)

   @odder: I distinctly remember a previous tool (in the Toolserver days) that did take MW namespace edits into account account. SQL queries for revisions by namespace and user should run just fine (e.g. contributions page). In fact, as being in the native interface, they must be even more optimised than the other queries the tool does. –Krinkle^talk 23:38, 15 February 2015 (UTC)
